Common questions
Is this genuine leather?
Yes, the Classic Black uses premium Nappa leather, while the Vintage Brown uses crazy horse leather.
What happens if you lose your wallet?
If separation is enabled, the phone and Accent will ring to alert you that they are out of range (20 to 50 metres). The Innway app will record the last seen location on the map to help you find where your phone disconnected.
Does the tracker function add bulk to the wallet?
No, Innway makes one of the thinnest Bluetooth tracker. The built-in tracker is almost invisible other than the two charging contact points. The Accent logo not only looks stylish but it also happens to be the button to press to find your phone.
How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts 4 to 6 months on a full charge depending on the usage, and it only takes 2 hours to charge each time.
Does it tell you if the battery is low?
Yes, the app will show the remaining battery and when there is 20% battery, the app will send you a notification to remind you to replace the battery.
How does this compare with a GPS tracker?
Bluetooth and GPS trackers work in different ways. GPS trackers maintain a constant connection and thus use more power. Bluetooth trackers connects to a Bluetooth device such as your phone and uses your device’s connection and GPS. GPS trackers generally have battery life of a few days compared to a few months for Bluetooth trackers. You only need to charge your Innway’s 2-4 times a year depending on usage.
Does it need location services?
The Innway app uses location services to show you the last seen location of your Innway and to record the last seen location when your Innway disconnects. You can disable location services but you will not be able to see the last seen location of your Innway.
