Warranty and Refund Policy
Innway hardware limited warranty
Innway warrants that your Innway product (the “Product”) will be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (“the Warranty Period”). If a defect in the Product arises (i) within the first 30 days of purchase and the Product is purchased directly from Innway, then you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy below; or (ii) otherwise during the Warranty Period, Innway will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price. This Warranty does not apply to (w) Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers; (x) where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with; (y) where the Product is used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile device; or (z) where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED.
THE APP AND THE PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED SOLELY AS AN ADDITIONAL TOOL TO HELP YOU LOCATE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS (SUCH AS KEYS, WALLET, CAR, LAPTOP AND BACKPACKS). WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE APP AND OR THE SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN THEIR INTENDED DESIGN.
Claims process: To obtain remedies under this Warranty, Consumer must contact Innway customer support, and cooperate with the troubleshooting steps to determine that the Product is defective.

Innway refund policy
If you are not satisfied with our product you can easily return all the Innway purchased for a full refund. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to ensure you can receive a refund through your original payment method. After the 30-day return period is up, Innway cannot accept returns for a refund or replacement, unless the return reason is within our 1-year warranty policy.
To initiate a return and refund, please contact our customer support. After our team confirmes that your order is eligible for a refund, please allow for one working week for us to process the refund.
