Android Battery Optimization
Android devices have a battery optimization function that improves battery life of your device by managing how your apps use resources. However, battery optimization interferes with how the Innway app functions.
Please disable it in your phone settings to avoid problems with your Innway.
Settings for most phones
For most Android devices, go to Settings > Battery > Unmonitored Apps > Add App, and add Innway to the list.
Different Android phone models and OS have different ways to disable battery optimization. Below are instructions for some of the more common phone models.

Google Pixel 2
The following instructions are for Google Pixel 2 devices running Android 9 Pie and newer.
1. Go to Settings > Apps & notifications.
2. Go to All apps > Innway.
3. Select Battery.
4. Select Battery optimization.
5. Select Innway.
6. In the pop-up, select Don’t optimize.
7. Once you disable battery optimization for Innway, it will show under the Battery optimization screen as “Not optimized”.
Samsung S10 Plus
The following instructions are for Samsung S10 Plus devices running Android 9 Pie and newer.
1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. Select Innway.
3. Select Battery.
4. Select Optimize battery usage.
5. Tap on all and select Innway or search for Innway, then disable the toggle.
Huawei Nexus
The following instructions are for Huawei Nexus devices running Android 9 Pie and newer.
1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. Select Innway.
3. Select Battery.
4. Select Battery Optimization.
5. In the pop-up, select Don’t optimize.
7. Once you disable battery optimization for Innway, it will show under the Battery optimization screen as “Not optimized”.
