Pairing your Innway Find My

  1. Press and hold the button on your Innway Find My for 5 seconds.
  2. Launch the Find My app on your iPhone or iPad.
  3. Go to Items and tap on Add Item.
  4. In the Add New Item screen, tap on Add Other Supported Item and the app will start searching for your Innway Find My.
  5. When the app detects your Innway Find My, tap on Connect.
  6. Name your Innway Find My, then tap Continue.
  7. Choose an emoji to represent the item, then tap Continue.
  8. Your Innway Find My is now linked to your Apple ID. Find My will present a brief terms of use. Tap Agree to continue.
  9. Tap Finish.

If you have trouble pairing your Innway Find My

Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is set up to enable a successful pairing.

  • Update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth, and ensure Bluetooth turned on.
  • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, and make sure that Location Services is turned on.
  • Then scroll down, tap Find My, and choose a level of access. For the most accurate location, turn on Precise Location.
  • Turn on iCloud Keychain.
  • Check that your Apple ID setup is finished. Go to Settings, tap your name. Check for any alerts to Update Apple ID Settings.
  • Make sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
